Membership has been declining continually over the last few decades. Recent survey reported that the number of pastoral charges will become halved in ten years.

 

 It is a serious matter that the church should do something about it. But it seems as though the church is hiding it or became numb.

 

Some old timers recall that they had been hearing the same story since their time of ordination, 30-40 years ago.

 

Hoerver we must know that the situation is different from that time and now is a time that we count it seriously as an urgent matter.
